Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept credit and debit card payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure checkout.

We do not accept PayPal, checks, or cash.

A “Manual Payment (Invoice Me)” option may be enabled only in special cases (e.g., applying store credit for refunds).
Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider (Wix Payments).

Charges will appear on your statement under the descriptor provided by The Three Chords, Inc. (e.g., “TTC Wholesale” or “The Three Chords, Inc.”).

For refund cases, credits are generally issued as store credit rather than direct card refunds (unless required by law).
Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Taxes

Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and applicable state law.

Coffee beans are generally tax-exempt in most other states.

Supplies and non-coffee items (e.g., filters, accessories) may be taxable depending on state regulations.

Customers in Illinois or Virginia (and other taxable states, if applicable) may submit a valid Resale/Tax Exemption Certificate (e.g., IL Form CRT-61, VA Form ST-10) to TTC.

Once verified, the customer’s account will be marked Tax Exempt, and no sales tax will be applied to future orders.

TTC retains exemption certificates on file as required by law.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is approved, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email.

A Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details will follow once your order has been fulfilled.
