Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

• We currently accept credit and debit card payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure checkout.

• We do not accept PayPal, checks, or cash.

• A “Manual Payment (Invoice Me)” option may be enabled only in special cases (e.g., applying store credit for refunds).

Payment Processing

• All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider (Wix Payments).

• Charges will appear on your statement under the descriptor provided by The Three Chords, Inc. (e.g., “TTC Wholesale” or “The Three Chords, Inc.”).

• For refund cases, credits are generally issued as store credit rather than direct card refunds (unless required by law).

Currency

• All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Taxes

• Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and applicable state law.

• Coffee beans are generally tax-exempt in most other states.

• Supplies and non-coffee items (e.g., filters, accessories) may be taxable depending on state regulations.

• Customers in Illinois or Virginia (and other taxable states, if applicable) may submit a valid Resale/Tax Exemption Certificate (e.g., IL Form CRT-61, VA Form ST-10) to TTC.

  • Once verified, the customer’s account will be marked Tax Exempt, and no sales tax will be applied to future orders.

  • TTC retains exemption certificates on file as required by law.

Order Confirmation

• Once your payment is approved, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email.

• A Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details will follow once your order has been fulfilled.
