Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Order Processing & Fulfillment

 

  • Orders placed by 2:30 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Orders containing 32oz Concentrate, Fridge Packs, or RTD cans may require one additional processing day.

  • Workshop coffees are roasted to order and typically ship the following business day.

Shipping Address Policy

 

  • All orders must be shipped to the approved commercial business address associated with the wholesale account.

  • Shipping is available only to commercial business locations.

  • Residential addresses, non-commercial locations, PO Boxes, and third-party freight forwarding addresses are not eligible for delivery.

  • TTC reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment if the provided shipping address does not meet these requirements.

Shipping Fees

 

  • Orders $150 or more: Free shipping

  • Orders under $150: Flat $8 shipping fee

 

Shipping carriers may vary. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to the policies below.

Store Credit & Refund Policy

 

  • Refunds are generally issued as store credit, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Store credit is issued as a Credit Memo to the customer account and is automatically applied to future orders until fully used.

  • Any remaining credit balance will carry over to subsequent orders.

  • If a refund request is submitted before an order has shipped, TTC may, upon request, issue a refund to the original payment method via Wix Payments.

  • Once an order has shipped, refunds will be issued only as store credit, unless otherwise required by law.

  • If a card refund is processed, payment processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Store credits expire 90 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • No restocking fees apply.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

 

  • Customers must inspect all shipments upon receipt.

  • Any issues related to damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to TTC within a reasonable timeframe of delivery, along with supporting photos when applicable.

  • TTC will review each claim and, if approved, issue store credit or a replacement at its discretion.
